30 Day Money Back Guarantee:
District Grain will happily refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Duluth Pack Custom Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If 30 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please e-mail email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number and a return shipping address before the 30 days are up. Returns must be delivered to the return address within 30 days of placing your order. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contact us first.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs only. Once a RA# and shipping address is obtained, please be sure the RA# is noted on the outside of the package, in the attention line of the shipping label. Be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable methods offered by UPS or FedEx.
Please allow up to 7 business days after the item is receive by the returns department for your refund to be processed.
Please note: The irregularities and variations of color, shading and texture, and the imperfections (wrinkles, veins, scratches) are natural characteristics of leather and are authentic features of the grain. These irregularities add to its natural and unique beauty and in no way are to be considered defects or damages. No two items will be exactly the same – this is your best guarantee of its authenticity.
Lowest Price Guarantee:
We work very hard to ensure we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date, please let us know and we will refund you the difference. We want you to feel confident you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference, as well.
