All of Duluth Pack’s handmade packs and bags are built to last in Duluth, Minnesota, USA. Their factory, where they have been building their products since 1911, is home to an extremely talented group of sewers, riveters, and leather craftspeople. Each piece of Duluth Pack gear is painstakingly built by hand with the attention and detail that only a true artisan can provide. Duluth Pack stands behind their work and are proud to offer a lifetime warranty covering all craftsmanship and hardware they use in the construction of their products. Craftsmanship includes their sewing and riveting. Hardware includes all zippers, buckles, D-rings, snaps, and any other parts utilized in the manufacturing of the bags. If at anytime during the life of your Duluth Pack product you have problems in these areas, return the product and it will be repaired free of charge. If the product cannot be repaired due to a defect in craftsmanship or faulty hardware, they will be happy to replace the item at Duluth Pack’s discretion. While Duluth Pack items are designed to provide you with many years of use, Duluth Pack is not responsible for common wear and tear or misuse of your product and is therefore not covered by their warranty. Of course, damages not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Duluth Pack sincerely values your patronage and will always do their absolute best to go the extra mile to ensure that you are happy with every Duluth Pack purchase.
Floto Imports does its best to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations for any reason, return it to them unused and they will refund your money or exchange it for you - whichever you choose. Floto Imports products are guaranteed for their natural life. If, for some reason your item should require repair, they offer a repair service.
Parson Gray products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date you receive the merchandise. Given normal day-to-day use this should be sufficient time to determine if the item has a manufacturer's defect.

If you receive a damaged or mis-shipped item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Insubordinate Lads will only accept defective products at their discretion. If you receive a package from Insubordinate Lads that looks damaged to the extent that the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and let us know by email immediately.
Korchmar’s 5 year guarantee and reputation are both the strongest in the industry. The main goal at Korchmar is to make you comfortable about your purchase, so relax because for 5 years following the date of purchase, Korchmar will repair or replace your item without charge with a similar item (at their option) if it is factory defective in either material or workmanship. ***Important Note: This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear; specifically excludes claims for any item other than the piece itself. Any common carrier (plane, train, ship, and bus) is solely responsible for damage to your business case incurred while in its possession. (KORCHMAR does not recommend ever checking business cases as luggage.) Examine your business case immediately after each trip. If it is damaged, submit a claim before leaving the terminal. (KORCHMAR will make every effort to repair damages due to misuse or accident at a moderate charge.) This guarantee does not cover scars, wrinkles, or minor scratches that are natural to all leathers.

Jack Georges handcrafts each item to the best of their manufacturing capabilities using only the finest and most durable materials available. Their products are designed to improve with age. Slight marks and scratches, earned from normal use are natural and enhance the character of the item. The beauty of leather is that it wears and shapes itself to you over time and becomes more appealing. Jack Georges prides themselves on having a very low number of warranty repair claims. However, since all of the items are handcrafted, human error may occur and as such, they stand behind their products with warranty coverage. Each Jack Georges® product comes with a warranty. This warranty is printed on the hang tag that comes with an item and entitles the buyer to repairs due to defective parts or workmanship. The warranty card and proof of purchase (receipt) are required if an item needs warranty service. The warranty is valid for the time period printed on the product and does not cover normal wear and tear, which includes scratches or abnormal abuse of the materials, stretching/softening of leather, damaged zippers from snagging or overstuffing, worn/broken wheels or pull-out handles on wheeled bags. This warranty does not serve as a replacement policy. If a non-warranty repair is necessary or refurbishing an item is desired, Jack Georges' repair department can handle this for a nominal charge - usually $35 to $100 depending on the item and the work necessary. In the unlikely event that your Jack Georges® product should need a warranty repair, claims should be processed directly through the Jack Georges repair department. Their policy is simple: Once the item is received by them, it is repaired and shipped directly back to you within one business day.

4 Tips For Leather Care:
If leather gets dirty- Just use a damp cloth to wipe it down. *No Soap!
If leather gets too dry- Use a leather dressing or cream. Follow the instructions for the specific product.
If leather gets too wet- Dry it slowly. Speed drying leather changes its chemical structure, and you end up with a stiff crinkly product. Note: Keep it in the shape you want it to end up in.
Leather can stretch out- If you start to overfill a wallet, it will never really return to it’s original shape. Learn to carry the right amount and this takes care of itself.
*Many of our leather products will develop a rich patina if not preserved. This is a normal process and allows the bag to tell its life story.
Canvas, Fabric and Lining Care:
Most canvas, fabric and linings sold on District Grain can be cleaned with mild soap and water. Allow materials to dry before use or storage.
